In one sentence: PastePlate-AI stores your health and nutrition data on your device. We do not run a cloud that receives your logbook. Communication with AI services happens only through your clipboard. You paste, you control.

1. Who we are

PastePlate-AI is provided by the developer of the PastePlate-AI application (“we”, “us”). For privacy questions: privacy@pasteplate-ai.com.

2. The PastePlate principle

PastePlate-AI is built around copy-paste. The app does not call AI providers in the background. There is no API connection from the app to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or any other coach. When you use the AI menu, the app may copy text to your clipboard or read what you paste back. That is the only bridge between the app and your AI.

3. Data in the app (stored locally)

All data you enter or import stays in a local database on your phone or tablet, including for example:

Profile and goals (age, weight, height, strategy, coach preferences)
Meals, nutrients, plant diversity and recipes
Measurements (weight, body fat, blood pressure, cholesterol, strength, sport, body sizes)
AI-generated reports (daily, weekly, monthly) after you import them
Library favourites, settings and profile history

We do not operate a user account or server that stores this information for you.

4. When data leaves your device

You decide when data leaves your device:

AI clipboard flow: start prompt, export request or data block pasted into your chosen AI app or browser
Backup & export: logbook backup file, CSV export, cross-platform database transfer (Android ↔ iOS)
Share: images or files you share via the system share sheet

After you paste into an AI service, that provider processes the content under their privacy policy. We do not control and are not responsible for how they handle your data.

5. What we do not collect

No selling of personal data to advertisers
No analytics or tracking SDKs built into the app by us
No automatic upload of your logbook to our servers
No requirement to create a PastePlate-AI cloud account

6. Website (pasteplate-ai.com)

This website is static. We do not use contact forms or account login on the site. We do not set marketing cookies. Fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts; that service may receive standard connection data (such as IP address) from your browser. See Google’s privacy policy.

7. Legal basis (EEA / UK)

Where applicable law requires a legal basis: we process app data on your device to provide the app you use (performance of the service you request). Optional actions such as sharing or exporting are initiated by you.

8. Your rights

Because your data is on your device, you can access, edit and delete it directly in the app (including wiping the logbook or deleting the app). You may also export your data as a backup file or CSV. If you have questions about your rights under GDPR or similar laws, contact us at the email above.

9. Children

PastePlate-AI is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Security

Data is protected by your device’s operating system. You are responsible for securing backups and exports you create. Use a device passcode and keep your AI and cloud accounts secure.

11. Changes

We may update this policy when the app or website changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.

12. App stores

Downloads via Google Play or the Apple App Store are also subject to those platforms’ terms and privacy practices.

In één zin: PastePlate-AI bewaart je gezondheids- en voedingsdata op je apparaat. Wij draaien geen cloud die je logboek ontvangt. Communicatie met AI-diensten gaat alleen via je klembord. Jij plakt, jij bepaalt.

1. Wie wij zijn

PastePlate-AI wordt aangeboden door de ontwikkelaar van de PastePlate-AI applicatie (“wij”). Voor privacyvragen: privacy@pasteplate-ai.com.

2. Het PastePlate-principe

PastePlate-AI is gebouwd rond kopiëren en plakken. De app roept AI-aanbieders niet op de achtergrond aan. Er is geen API-verbinding van de app naar ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude of een andere coach. Wanneer je het AI-menu gebruikt, kan de app tekst naar je klembord kopiëren of lezen wat je terugplakt. Dat is de enige brug tussen de app en je AI.

3. Data in de app (lokaal opgeslagen)

Alle data die je invoert of importeert blijft in een lokale database op je telefoon of tablet, waaronder bijvoorbeeld:

Profiel en doelen (leeftijd, gewicht, lengte, strategie, coach-voorkeuren)
Maaltijden, nutriënten, plantvariatie en recepten
Metingen (gewicht, vet%, bloeddruk, cholesterol, kracht, sport, lichaamsmaten)
AI-rapporten (dag, week, maand) nadat je ze importeert
Bibliotheek-favorieten, instellingen en profielhistorie

Wij beheren geen gebruikersaccount of server die deze informatie voor je opslaat.

4. Wanneer data je apparaat verlaat

Jij bepaalt wanneer data je apparaat verlaat:

AI via klembord: startprompt, opvraag-instructie of gegevensblok geplakt in je gekozen AI-app of browser
Backup & export: back-upbestand, CSV-export, cross-platform database-overdracht (Android ↔ iOS)
Delen: afbeeldingen of bestanden die je deelt via het systeem-deelvenster

Nadat je plakt in een AI-dienst, verwerkt die aanbieder de inhoud onder hun privacyvoorwaarden. Wij controleren niet en zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor hoe zij met je data omgaan.

5. Wat wij niet verzamelen

Geen verkoop van persoonsgegevens aan adverteerders
Geen analytics- of tracking-SDK’s door ons in de app
Geen automatische upload van je logboek naar onze servers
Geen verplicht PastePlate-AI cloud-account

6. Website (pasteplate-ai.com)

Deze website is statisch. We gebruiken geen contactformulieren of login op de site. We plaatsen geen marketingcookies. Lettertypen kunnen via Google Fonts laden; die dienst kan standaard verbindingsgegevens (zoals IP-adres) van je browser ontvangen. Zie het privacybeleid van Google.

7. Rechtsgrond (EER / VK)

Waar de wet een rechtsgrond vereist: wij verwerken app-data op je apparaat om de app te leveren die jij gebruikt (uitvoering van de door jou gevraagde dienst). Optionele acties zoals delen of exporteren start jij zelf.

8. Jouw rechten

Omdat je data op je apparaat staat, kun je die direct in de app bekijken, bewerken en verwijderen (inclusief logboek wissen of de app verwijderen). Je kunt data ook exporteren als back-upbestand of CSV. Vragen over rechten onder de AVG of vergelijkbare wetgeving? Mail ons op het adres hierboven.

9. Kinderen

PastePlate-AI is niet gericht op kinderen onder 16 jaar. Wij verzamelen niet bewust persoonsgegevens van kinderen.

10. Beveiliging

Data wordt beschermd door het besturingssysteem van je apparaat. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor backups en exports die je maakt. Gebruik een apparaatcode en houd je AI- en cloudaccounts veilig.

11. Wijzigingen

We kunnen dit beleid aanpassen wanneer de app of website verandert. De datum “Laatst bijgewerkt” bovenaan wijzigt mee. Door de app of site te blijven gebruiken na een update, accepteer je het gewijzigde beleid.

12. App stores

Downloads via Google Play of de Apple App Store vallen ook onder de voorwaarden en privacypraktijken van die platforms.

13. Geen medisch advies

Dit privacybeleid gaat alleen over data. PastePlate-AI geeft geen medisch advies. Zie onze aparte gezondheidsverklaring.
